GetNumb Ultra+ Strength Comfort Gel is a topical gel developed for Aesthetic & PMU applications. Its lightweight formula spreads evenly and has been designed for convenient application and consistent performance when used in accordance with the product instructions.
The lightweight gel spreads easily and has been formulated to support client comfort throughout cosmetic treatments.
How to Use
Comfort Gel is for use during your session, once the skin is broken.
- Step 1: When numbing starts to fade, ask your artist/practitioner to pause for a moment.
- Step 2: Use the pipette to squeeze droplets of gel on the skin and apply an even coat directly over the area being worked on.
- Step 3: Wait 2-3 minutes for it to activate. Your artist/practitioner can gently wipe any excess before continuing.
- Step 4: Carry on with the session. Re-apply as needed through a long sit, there is no wrap and no long wait. Note: Comfort Gel is designed to top up numbing on broken skin. For pre-session numbing, use a GetNumb. cream 10-15 minutes before under cling film.
Helpful Tips
- Keep it in reach: Have the gel on the tray from the start so you can top up the moment numbing fades, without breaking your flow.
- Don't wait for full pain: Top up as soon as you feel sensation creeping back, not once it's unbearable. Staying ahead of it keeps the whole sit comfortable.
- Patch test first: If you have sensitive skin or allergies, patch test 24 hours before your session.
- Pairs with the cream: Cream to go in numb, gel to stay numb. Together they cover the longest sittings start to finish.
- No alcohol 24hrs before: Drinking before your session reduces the effectiveness of numbing products and increases bleeding.
- Avoid sun exposure: Keep your fresh treatment out of direct sunlight while healing. Once healed, use SPF to protect your ink long-term.
- No soaking: Avoid baths, swimming pools, and saunas for at least 2-3 weeks. Quick showers are fine.

Video showed product giving the impression it was for topical application - where the gel is ‘not for unbroken skin’. If you want unbroken skin version then its the cream you need not the gel! Wasted my money.

really disappointed
Was excited to find a numbing cream that works and really disappointed. Emla cream works better. I have the gel and all clients say it does not numb them up. Tried it on myself and same results.
